As the Regional Sales Manager and Broker for the Edmond office of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, I'm passionate about helping both real estate professionals and clients achieve their goals. My background in real estate sales, brokerage leadership, and property management has given me a well-rounded perspective and a practical approach to serving others.

The part of my job I enjoy most is coaching and developing agents. I love helping people build confidence, grow sustainable businesses, and discover what's possible for their careers. There are few things more rewarding than watching an agent reach a goal they once thought was out of reach. My role isn't just to manage an office—it's to encourage, equip, and invest in the people around me so they can build businesses and lives they're proud of.

I believe great leadership is rooted in service, authenticity, and strong relationships. Whether I'm mentoring a new agent, helping an experienced REALTOR® elevate their business, or working alongside buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners throughout Oklahoma, my goal is always the same: to provide exceptional service, create opportunities for growth, and help others succeed.
